The main aim of the project proposal is to define a common code of conduct in managing and mentoring work placement experiences with an international dimension, disseminating and exploiting existing good practices and tools among the partners of the consortium and among all the new users or promoters/hosting partners interested in improving the quality of their work and in sharing their experiences in order to develop and guarantee the recognition of the competences acquired.
The main actions carried out to achieve this aim are:
- improving the communication among the partners of the consortium through organisational meetings (start up and closing meetings) and also thanks to the tools created in the TVJ CLUB website such as the TACTIC dedicated section, the mailing list, the forum (restricted area);
- updating, adapting and improving the TACTIC QNET Manual;
- translation of the new version of the manual in all the languages of the consortium members;
- spreading out the manual in electronic versions and paper versions (5000 copies);
- organising an International Symposium and Regional meetings for new users;
- organising a training course for the mentors of the consortium partners that will act as multipliers in the regional meetings;
- carrying out an evaluation of the project, process, tools, impact, activities and satisfaction of the different actors in order to better plan the follow up.
The target groups:
Directly:
- work placement managers and mentors working in the partner organisations;
- work placement managers and mentors working in promoter and hosting organisations that are not members of the consortium but that will take part in one of the dissemination events (denominated new users in the following sections);
Indirectly:
- final beneficiaries of work placement experiences carried out by the partners of the consortium and by the new users;
- representative of NA, EAC, public authorities involved in planning and elaborating European or local policies for employment and education;
- hosting companies.
The duration of the project:
The project will last 24 months.
The partners involved in the consortium:
The partners represent organisations (public or private bodies) that promote and host international wo
